Executive Chef Patrick Fletcher sources the finest produce to make up his detailed primi, secondi and dessert style menu.

Each meal is carefully complemented with the restaurants selection of award-winning wines. The 500 strong varietal wine list showcases Australia’s best shiraz vineyards and has the most comprehensive selection of Italian wine anywhere in Australia. Recently for the 7th consecutive year, Gourmet Traveller recognised Centonove with a 3 wine glass rating, the highest rating possible in the Wine List of the Year awards.
In the coffee scene, the La Marzocco Linea coffee machine pours a rich golden crema using the Prima Tazza blend superbly balanced with a lingering honey finish. The space itself includes three separate dining rooms with two for private dining.
