Located in the stunning Adelaide Hills' suburb of Littlehampton is the newly opened Hill’s Kitchen. Brimming with brilliant natural light and design flair, the café beckons you to sit and soak in the ambience. With plenty of large tables to go around Hill’s Kitchen is the ideal destination for brekky or lunch with friends and family.
The realisation of a dream for long-time friends Anthony and Travis; they have meticulously designed and selected every offering.
Their coffee has been carefully considered. From the reverse osmosis and remineralisation of their water to the pairing of local milk producer Fleurieu with their coffee. A gorgeous matte black La Marzocco Linea PB sits front and centre on their counter flanked by three matching Mazzer Robur S grinders. Hills Kitchen features both our delicate Little Hill blend and the bold, well-rounded Ronnie’s blend.
Our pick from the menu is the Hill’s sliders; available in beef, chicken or veggie. Topped with lettuce, pickles, cheese with their in-house made hills chutney and aioli, these sliders are not to be missed! If breakfast is the order of the day however then you can’t go past “breakfast your way” which (as the name suggests) allows you to build your ideal brekky from items across the menu such as potato rosti, locally-sourced chorizo, and halloumi with beetroot chutney.
Oh, and if you can help it, don’t miss out on the Fancy Toast either. With options ranging from classic bruschetta, to fresh berries & mascarpone, they’re all delicious.
When asked about the café’s early success Travis says, “The support from the community has been fantastic. From the moment we opened, we had people through the doors with such positive feedback! In these trying times we’re eternally grateful to each and every one of them for their support.”
Hills Kitchen is open seven days from 7.30am to 3pm.
