The addition of an on-site mill in 2008 gave the family full control over processing, adding another chapter to a farm already carrying plenty of history.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePerched high in Chimaltenango, volcanic soils, dense shade and a long dry season give the coffee plenty of time to develop.
