Coconut Espresso Float Recipe

Coconut Espresso Float Recipe

A new recipe to add to your rotation. Cold foam is all the rage, and for good reason. It's silky and adds a textured layer to cold brew or long blacks. If you're into the coconut and coffee flavour combo, this will be right up your alley.

What you need:

  • 300ml Coconut water
  • 10ml Vanilla syrup (or simple syrup)
  • 50ml Thickened cream
  • 50ml Coconut milk
  • 2 Espresso shots
  • Whisk or hand mixer

Instructions:

  1. Fill glass with ice. Pour over coconut water and add vanilla syrup.
  2. Pull 2 fresh espresso shots and gently pour over the coconut water to create a float layer.
  3. Combine thickened cream and coconut milk in a separate bowl. Whisk or mix into a cold foam (thick, but still pourable).
  4. Spoon or pour coconut cold foam on top.
