SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING COSTS

All standard orders over $75 ship free Australia-wide.

For orders under $75, shipping is a flat $7.95 for standard delivery or $14.95 for express.
If you’re purchasing larger items like coffee machines, a $50 delivery fee applies.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you’ve entered the wrong details or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once your order has been fulfilled, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations, as it’s already on its way to you. We move quickly; most orders are sent out within one business day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order’s on the move, you’ll receive an Australia Post tracking number via your confirmation email so you can follow its journey to your door.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping usually takes 1–3 business days. If you’re in a remote area or ordering over 5kg, it may take a little longer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At the moment, we only ship within Australia.

If you’re located overseas, reach out to us at hello@dimattinacoffee.comau. We may be able to arrange something just for you.

COURIER SERVICES

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. Reliable, trackable, and straight to your door.

COFFEE RETURNS

Because our coffee is freshly roasted and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once the order has been fulfilled.

We take great care to ensure every bag that leaves our roastery meets our high standards for quality and freshness.

EQUIPMENT & ACCESSORIES RETURNS

Please choose carefully, as we don’t normally accept returns where you’ve simply changed your mind or chosen incorrectly.

If a return is approved at our discretion, a 20% restocking fee (plus any unrecoverable credit card charges) will apply.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for special-order items or used equipment.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with something missing, please get in touch with us straight away.

We’ll review the issue on a case-by-case basis and may ask you to return the item for assessment. If it turns out we’ve made an error, we’ll replace it with the correct one at no cost to you.

We take pride in every order that leaves our roastery and will always do our best to make things right.
