Decaf is not a dirty word around here. We hold our decaf to the same high standard as all of our other coffees, and we're proud to have it in our line-up. It is sourced from Colombia and boasts a deep body, characterized by its smooth, mellow, and sweet profile with caramel notes and a pleasant acidity. Through the use of the Swiss Water Process, a chemical-free decaffeination method, the coffee's original flavour profile is maintained while removing 99% of the caffeine in an environmentally friendly way.
