La Bendición spans 2 hectares of thriving Parainema coffee trees, reaching heights of 1400 meters above sea level. Harvested from January to April, each cherry undergoes a meticulous process, handpicked at its peak and gently pulped before a 14-hour fermentation. Following this, the parchment beans are carefully washed and sun-dried for approximately 15 days, ensuring only the finest beans grace your cup.
