Spanning just 1.8 hectares, this small yet dynamic farm cultivates varieties like Typica, Caturra, and Castillo—each harvested at peak ripeness to deliver a unique flavour experience.
What makes La Cabaña truly stand out is the meticulous double fermentation process, which rests the cherries for 12 hours before a 24-hour fermentation. This technique unlocks a natural sweetness that shines in the cup.
From the volcanic soils and cool climate of Cauca, La Cabaña brings vibrant notes of key lime pie, praline, and brown sugar—a beautiful expression of Colombian coffee craftsmanship.
