High in the misty hills of Alta Verapaz, Luis “Wicho” Valdés carries it forward with an eye for detail, balancing generations of experience with a constant push to improve how the farm grows and processes coffee.

From the wet mill to an on-site organic fertiliser lab, Wicho keeps looking for ways to improve plant health, reduce chemical use and protect the biodiversity around the farm.

Sticky date pudding brings a toffee-like, caramelised sweetness, with red apple cutting through. Roasted for espresso and filter, it’s sweet, complex and very easy to like.
