Very sweet, very drinkable, and all the better for it

Since founding his mill in 2016, Yolan Tirta has become part of a broader shift in South Sulawesi coffee. A third-generation producer, he has brought more advanced growing and processing methods to Gowa, helping lift both quality and ambition across the region.

We found it sweet and refreshing in equal measure, with cola, fresh apple and cooked blueberry in the cup. Grown at 1,250 metres above sea level, you’ll find plenty of clarity behind the sweetness.

Easy to drink day in and day out, this is a filter coffee you’ll want to brew in quantity.
